Bio

I am an Associate Professor and the Ronald K. Banister Chair in Business at the Alberta School of Business. I received my PhD in marketing from Columbia Business School.

My research focuses on how AI is transforming marketing and consumer behavior.

This work has won awards from the Society for Consumer Psychology and the Psychology of Technology Institute. It has been funded by the Marketing Science Institute, the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, and the National Institutes of Mental Health.
